About Cardio

My favourite type of cardio is HIIT or high intensity interval training. I love it because its not boring like jogging and takes a lot less time and is much more effective! You will burn more calories per minute than you would with normal jogging.

So how do I do it?
Its VERY simple! My way is to go to the closest stadium and jog for about 5 minutes to warm up and then I start sprinting. Im going to do 100-200m sprint then walk 100m and sprint again for 100-200m, walk 100m and again sprinting. The reason why Im doing it on stadium is because its easier to see your distance, one full ring on olympic stadium is 400 meters, divide it into 4 parts and off you go! Im doing this for about 20-30 minutes total. Usually I build it longer weekly. Like when I start cutting all that excess bodyfat Im doing it for 20min on the first week, 25 on second and so on.
Its also possible to do it with a bike. You do it in the same way pedal as hard as you can for a while to get your pulse up and then slowly pedal for a while. The most important part is to NEVER stop, you have to keep moving. Same with running, NEVER stop! If you feel a bit too tired you can walk a bit longer but dont stop!
