1. you have to use more energy than you eat, but not too much, just about 500kcal
2. do cardio at least 3 times a week and mix it up. like monday-cycling, tuesday-jogging, friday-swimming
3. cut down or even better dont eat any sweets, chocolate and avoid fried foods.
4. dont drink any sodas or alcohol and even juice, just water and eat vegetables and fruits- they are better than juice because juice is pretty much just the sugar water and some vitamins from the fruits
just do this and you will have a six pack in no time
